Option 1: In the next iteration of Teach Plus’ Strategy, Executive Directors play an outsized role in setting a compelling vision, quantitative goal, and organizing a coalition to achieve it. Describe a time when you built and/or took over a coalition. Why did you take on this work? What were the results? What would you do differently if you could take on the work over again?

Option 2: At Teach Plus, we hold a fundamental belief that teacher voice and leadership has the power to shape policy decisions. What is your experience in learning from and/or leveraging teacher voice and leadership to enact change? What was the result or impact?

Option 3: Executive Directors at Teach Plus focus a significant amount of their time on raising revenue to cover the costs of regional programming, often from a variety of local foundations, individual donors, and/or larger national philanthropic entities.
