Thank you for your interest in the TEA Teacher Leadership Fellowship. The Teacher Leadership Fellowship was created to increase meaningful opportunities for teachers to shape the profession by providing state-level feedback on TEA initiatives, strengthen teacher leadership pathways, improve teacher retention and support the improvement of student outcomes. The program will center around leadership development, collaborating with educators across the state and building relationships with TEA staff to provide timely input.
