3. Teach Plus is committed to realizing a vision for our educational system that is racially inclusive, equitable, and diverse. What is a meaningful inequity impacting your students? (150-200 words)

4. Teach Plus PA policy fellows may work on early childhood education, equitable education funding, reimagining teacher preparation, advancing the science of reading, and expanding and diversifying the teacher pipeline.
